Modern business activity requires legal processes of incorporation. This is an absolute fact, and everybody knows it.  Whether you have to have an LLC, a corporation, a 501 c (3) non-profit, or some other arcane business entity, the absolute, objective reality is that you can’t thrive in America without it. This is especially important for young adults and people attempting to rise out of poverty.

The Secretary of State in Kentucky is responsible for all corporate findings, and the office should be used to help as many people get these filings done as possible. This service should be provided as freely as possible. There should be workshops for high school students, trade school students, people in job retraining programs, and any interested members of the public. This helps to fulfill the Young for Governor campaign’s promise to foster small business and improve worker ownership of businesses throughout the Commonwealth.
